Supplies

  • Headband
  • Pom-poms

  • Glue – I used super glue, but hot glue will also work

Step 1

Arrange your pom-poms and chenille stems by color. I did mine in rainbow order, but you can do whatever feels right to you.

Step 2

Then wrap the chenille stems around the headband. Trust the process it will look a bit messy at first.

You can also wrap your stems around a pencil for a springy effect. Or you twist two different colors together. I did this with my glittery stems to make them go a bit further.

Step 3

Glue on pom-poms! I laid my headband on the table and then placed the pom-poms before I glued them down. You can also feel free to be really extra and glue sequins or glitter! Go wild and express yourself!
