Every gift tells a story. Thanks to donors like you, more children can succeed in school, more people can take advantage of a greater variety of lifelong learning opportunities and people can choose reading materials from a more robust collection. The DBRL Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds on behalf of DBRL. Each dollar you give helps the library fuel literacy, expand minds, empower communities and enrich lives.
Donate to help others now by making a tax-deductible gift to the library through the DBRL Foundation.

2025 Spring Fundraising Campaign: “The Creative Age”
In 2024, the library launched “The Creative Age” program, an art series for individuals ages 55 and older, made possible by a federal grant through the Missouri State Library. To continue this program that benefits older adults mentally, socially and emotionally, the DBRL Foundation aims to raise $4,500 to fund two more eight-week sessions of “The Creative Age,” reaching an additional 25 students each time at the Columbia Public and Callaway County Public Libraries.
