Guidelines for Tech Help Appointments

• • Limit of one appointment per month.
  • You must be a library cardholder living in Boone or Callaway County.
  • We are unable to assist with software updates, factory resets, lost or forgotten passwords, or troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions.

Please note that submission of this form does not constitute an appointment. A library trainer will contact you within 2-3 business days to finalize your appointment.
