The community has voted to read “Migrations” by Charlotte McConaghy for the 2024 One Read program. Join us in September for book discussions, film screenings, an author talk and other One Read events.

As in past years, the Friends of the Columbia Public Library will fund the purchase of multiple copies of the One Read title for people to check out so anyone wanting to read it will be able to before September.

The other title considered this year was the nonfiction book “The Chinese Groove” by Kathryn Ma.
