Bookmobile
The Bookmobile maintains a regular schedule
of stops
in the following communities:
Auxvasse,
Hallsville, Harrisburg, Holts Summit,
Mokane, Sturgeon, Williamsburg and Columbia.
Home,
Retirement Center, Halfway House, and Jail Visits
A library staff
member will deliver library materials to senior citizen's homes and the
residences of people of any age who have a long term illness or disability.
In addition, deliveries are made to retirement homes, senior centers, day-care centers, halfway houses and jails.
Wolfner Library
The Outreach Department works as a liaison with Wolfner
Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (a branch of the Missouri State Library).
This partnership allows for delivery of materials and equipment for those
who are unable to take advantage of standard collections.
